Cat's Eyes are charms which are carried by experienced gamblers to use when they "case". Casing is when your play becomes flat or stuck without any forward movement. Of course a cleansing ritual is always recommended, but a Cat Eye is something which can be carried into the casino or gambling halls.
They are also considered the doorway to the unconscious and may be helpful with Third Eye chakra work.
